Resources 1, 2 and 3 cover various workshops lead by Step Up Enterprise Enablers over the past few years. They are a mix of both practical skills and fun workshops to be enjoyed by pupils. We hope the resources will help teachers and practitioners to deliver these workshops in their schools.
Resource 3 covers:
Summer School- This is aimed at young people aged 11-15 years. This session can be delivered over a couple of sessions or two half days or one full day. The session aims at giving students a crash course in Enterprise by exploring skills, active challenges (you can think or create your own one’s such as creating a paper tower without using glue) and finally a business challenge, which explores roles, branding, the 4 P’s in marketing, Prototype design and pitch.
Police Summer Boot Camp - These are two different programmes, which can be delivered to young people aged 8-12 year olds. The programme covers: Dream/Aspiration board and Hate it, Change it.
The BIG 13 Rotherham Ready Booklet - These booklets explain the model introduced in Primary Schools across the District and will be particularly useful to refer to if schools have already embedded the Model into their curriculum or intend to embed the model.
